Clinical Relief Flow for Neck & Shoulder (Upper Back Reset)
- • Client screening and contraindications (simple checklist)
- • Safe pressure control and body mechanics
- • Trigger-point mapping and myofascial release (MFR) integration
- • A repeatable 30–40 min clinical sequence for real clients

SECTION B (AFTERNOON)
Freestyle Performance Routine with Tok Sen & Herbal Compress
- • Tool safety and responsible use of Tok Sen
- • Building a smooth “stage-ready” flow from warm-up to finish
- • Herbal compress timing and transitions for maximum comfort
- • Presentation tips: pacing, rhythm, and professional etiquette
